Inside of the CultureBot admin page (easily found inside of your Slack org), you'll simply want to select a channel (or channels) to pull a list of employee from to make intros, as well as th group size for the intros (anywhere from 2 to 5 employees being matched together at a time).
Next, you'll want to click the select frequency dropdown to set how often you want employees to be introduct to one another. After this, you'll select the day of week to make the intros, and the time of day. Optionally, you can choose to send a conversation starter along with each intro, and send a message to new hires inside of Slack so that they're instantly made aware of how to easily meet their new co-workers.
And... that's it, really! Every week (or by the frequency you have chosen) you can rest well, assured that your employees (especially the new ones) are getting to know each other on a more personal level. This likely lead to better team morale and camaraderie.
