When you create an account on CultureBot, you may create a profile (“User Profile”) that will include other Personal Information you provide. You have the ability to edit any Personal Information in your User Profile, deactivate your User Profile in your account, or request that your User Profile be deleted by sending an email to email@example.com.
Any credit card information you enter on the Site in connection with a purchase of one of our products or services is sent directly from your browser to the third-party service provider we use to manage credit card processing and we do not store it on our servers.
When you use our Site and services, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type or the domain from which you are visiting, the web-pages you visit, your current location, the search terms you use, and any advertisements on which you click
Any location information is collected and used for the benefit of our own users, is never shared with anyone else, and is retained by CultureBot for a maximum of 7 days. You can enable or disable location services when you use our Service at anytime, through your mobile device settings.

In order to remember your preferences we need to set cookies so that this information can be called whenever you interact with a page is affected by your preferences.
This site uses Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and Hubspot Analytics, which are three of the most widespread and trusted analytics solutions on the web for helping us to understand how you use the site and ways that we can improve your experience. These cookies may track things such as how long you spend on the site and the pages that you visit so we can continue to produce engaging content.

CultureBot is committed to protecting your privacy. As such, we will not give, rent, lend, or sell your individual information unless you ask or authorize us to do so. We also will not disclose any personally identifiable information about our individual users except as described in this Policy.
In general, information you submit to us is used by us to provide you and other Users with services, respond to requests that you make, to improve our services and to better tailor the features and support of services. To best provide our services, it is essential that we are able to collect and use the information as described in this Policy, and it is largely necessary for fulfilling the relationship we have with you.
We may also use the information we collect to conduct research on our Users’ demographics and behavior based on the information you provide us when you submit information on our site.
