Lindsey is the manager of People Operations at ViralNation and was looking for a new platform to help them with their recognition program – one that was not only tightly integrated into but fully lived inside of Slack, so that employees could share feedback with each other where they work. Solution:
Having come across CultureBot in 2022, ViralNation quickly adopted the shoutouts and peer rewards feature of CultureBot.
They found it to be the easiest to use peer-to-peer recognition program on the Slack market. They also found that the tool provided a level of customizability that other apps did not, which led them to rename the app itself to "OneNation Bot" – a better reflection of their company branded "Recognation" peer recognition project.
