To kick off the new year this year, we though it'd be fun and helpful to create a short quiz where you can self-evaluate your own organization's cultural ethos.

How does it work?

We evaluate your company's cultural values and position by asking questions related to:

• The collaboration style of your organization's Slack workspace
• Evaluation of engagement inside your Slack
• The typical work style of your employees (e.g. structured, flexible, etc.)
• How built out your PeopleOps/HR team is
• The perception of how cohesive/family-like your overall team is

What do the results say?

We don't want to spoil the possible results and band names, but what we can say is that the answer might surprise you with how insightful (and detailed) it is. Our hope is that you take away from this exercise an opportunity to reflect upon your organization's cultural strengths, as well as areas for improvement.
