How to use the Zoom Meeting Integration
Below we walk through how to use the brand new Zoom integration for CultureBot, to be used alongside our employee introductions feature.
Step 1
Install CultureBot (if not already done so)
Step 2
Setup an introductions pairing, make sure to choose 'Zoom' for the meeting link service.
Step 3
Once an intro pairing goes out, then the users who have been paired up will see a 'manage integration' option (below).
Step 4
Next, click the option below to authorize your Zoom account as a single user.
Step 5
Accept the permissions requested
Step 6
You will then see a success screen, next, go back to the intro pairing message seen in Slack
Step 7
You will see a Zoom link has automatically generated for your intro pairing meeting to happen. Clicking this button will take you directly into the meeting. If you've also opted to sync with your Google Calendar as well, then this URL will appear in the meeting link field for the event.
Step 8
Disconnecting your integration with Zoom - to do so, click 'manage integration', you will then see a remove button (shown below).
